New office and showroom opens in Westminster

July 2009 – First Class Mechanical has opened its new office and showroom in Westminster, Maryland. Located at 835 Baltimore Boulevard (Maryland Route 140 East), the new facility provides an office for customers to review products and outline job specifications, as well as space to store supplies, vehicles, and equipment.

“The new space meets the needs of the fast growth of First Class Mechanical and improves our working conditions,” said Kevin Nottingham, co-owner of First Class Mechanical, LLC. “We are very glad to welcome all of our friends, old and new, to visit us in the new office.”

Tim Alisea appointed Heating and Air Conditioning Manager

March 12, 2009 – First Class Mechanical, LLC, a Westminster-based contractor providing a full range of commercial and residential plumbing, heating, and air conditioning services, announced the appointment of Tim Alisea, of Westminster, as Heating and Air Conditioning Manager. Alisea has more than 15 years experience in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) services, and will lead First Class Mechanical’s HVAC service team.

“We have long provided installation, repair, and service of heating equipment to our commercial and residential customers,” said Kevin Nottingham, co-owner of First Class Mechanical, LLC. “However, Tim’s appointment will allow us to provide air conditioning installation and service and expand the scope of our heating services.”

Alisea holds a Maryland HVACR Masters License and Universal EPA Certification, which certifies proper handling of refrigerants and comprehensive knowledge of EPA refrigerant regulations.
