I ALWAYS use 1st Class Mechanical for my plumbing issues. They are timely, professional and I can trust them. This time was an issue with my hot water heater. I thought i was going to have to replace it but they found the issue and repaired it. Any other company would have told me I needed a new one and charged me for something I didn't need to do. This is why I trust them.

Everyone at this company is phenomenal! Moved into a new home. Had a massive leak from my kitchen sink/RO system. They were able to come out very quickly. Replaced the entire system, re built and cleaned out the piping and replaced a faucet Work done was very professional. Everyone is very respectful and immensely knowledgeable! Absolutely recommend!

First Class Mechanical lived up to their name. Most plumbers can fix clogged pipes but it is the details that set this company apart. The technicians arrived on time in company logo shirts. They were neat and professional and put on shoe booties. They brought their own trash bags and paper towels and left zero mess. They were very knowledgeable, honest and did not try to sell me unwanted plans.

Replacing a 40 year old oil furnace and AC is a major investment. The name of the company is more than a name, it is a culture every person on the team demonstrated at every step of the process. From Cody who did the estimate, Greg who helped me understand the quote so I could compare bids, Cody, Ernie, and Shamar who did the install and explained what I needed to do to keep the system working long term and Nancy who remained in contract for Warranty filing. I have used FCM for routine maintenance and minor repairs for many years with the same experience. Every person associated with FCM is truly “First Class”.

I was very pleased with the service I received from First Class Mechanical. I called at 8:30am and they arrived before 10am for an AC issue. The two young men were polite and very knowlgeable. They got my air working again. When I need to replace my unit I will definitely call First Class Mechanical. I highly recommend this company.

I contacted First Class Mechanical regarding my Air Conditioner not working. Within 30 minutes I had a return call. They dispatched a service technician to my home. He arrived promptly, within an hour, was courteous, listened to my explanation, and immediately went to work diagnosing the issue. Within 30 minutes he knew the issue, installed the required part from his trucks inventory, and had explained in simple terms what had happened. I can't say enough good things about this company. We had a weekend main drain blockage. It was nice to call someone that was local that could come out for our emergency. Nate came out and was able to get the drain opened. He was so nice to work with. He answered our many many questions. He gave us options for our budget to keep the issue from happening again and was honest with the items First Class Mechanical could take care of and recommended other professionals for the items they did not specialize in. Nate was very patient with us and very empathic to our situation. We would absolutely use First Class Mechanical again.

Nathan and Ethan cleared a drain for me today. They were FRIENDLY and INFORMATIVE, explaining all the steps of the process and affiliated costs, which were very reasonable. They rolled tarps out for their trips in and out, and left not a speck or droplet behind. I highly recommend this company!!!

Had silcock in garage that’s been leaking for years. 1st.Class showed up on time, evaluated the problem and gave me two solutions and a fair estimate on each. They got right to work, replaced the defective silcock. The plumber and helper were very cordial and professional the whole time they were here. This is the fourth or fifth time I’ve used First Class Mechanical and will continue to do so for any upcoming repairs.

I thought I needed a sump pump due otherwise an overflowing sump. The fella come out cleared the blocked sump pump and charged me for a service call. I expected to pay for a new pump but ended up with a $185.00 service call. Great work and great team 1 st Class Mechanical. Thanks

The service provided by Firat Class Mechanical was nothing short of fantastic. We needed a new vanity and toilet installed and they came out on time and performed clean work and we’re super efficient. These guys are definitely my go to team for anything plumbing related.

First Class Mechanical managed to squeeze us in for the next day, while in the middle of a heat wave when our A/C system didn't work after a major storm and power outage. The Technicians arrived within a few minutes of the scheduled window, were very courteous and polite. They introduced themselves and went right to work to identify our issue, explained what it was and replaced the part. They identified another minor issue with the condensate drain and repaired it too. They cleaned up behind themselves and in my opinion, went above and beyond their scope of work. Excellent Crew! We want to thank First Class Mechanical once again! Our garbage disposal quit working and water backed up into our sink that wouldn't drain. I called when they opened yesterday morning and they had someone here within and hour. Will is the young man who came to replace the garbage disposal and he was kind and knowledgeable with the questions I was asking. When he was finished he said he didn't need to snake the line and that saved us quite a bit of money. He was done by noon. My parents had a pinhole leak develop on one of the pipes near their well tank and no one knew what breaker to turn off to stop the power. We called First Class Mechanical late at night and Chris expertly walked us through how to stop the immediate leak. Then, he showed up first thing the next morning to identify and fix the leak. His expertise, demeanor, reliability was second to none. We're back up and running and are so thankful.

Should be EVERYONE’S go to for plumbing! First Class was exceptional throughout the entire process from customer service when calling in, showing up on time to the appointment, and resolving all issues that other companies were unable to address for one reason or another.

First Class Mechanical responded very promptly to assess an issue with water in my basement. The tech (Craig), who has also done 2 other plumbing installations in my home, quickly located the source of the problem and repaired it. I have very little knowledge of plumbing and Craig clearly answered all of my questions. Though he never pressured me into having any additional work done, as a result of the information he gave me I chose to proactively schedule replacements of a 37 year old sump pump, a cracked sanitary sink, and a corroded faucet. I received an estimate for that work very quickly and the price was very reasonable. Shout out to Craig as well as to Nancy (office manager extraordinaire).

Keenan and Pablo replaced my well pump and pitless adapter. I asked Pablo to take a look at a bathroom faucet when they were finished with the we'll job and he repaired. Both guys were very knowledgeable and very professional. They are an asset to your company.

I heard about this company from 2 different people that didn't know each other. I called and they sent TJ out to check out some problems ANOTHER LARGE COMPANY IN MARYLAND in the same field installed 2 new units & an air handler in my home. After that installation disaster and a flood from an uneven pan under the air handler in the attic, my 2nd floor ceilings had a lot of water damage that needed drywall repair and painting. I trusted that companies repairs until they never showed up for the 2nd problem.

TJ did a great job repairing all that the other company did not due what they said they did. I am very please to post this review on a company who has all good journeymen who come out to a good job, work ethic and very kind to explain what needed repair & got it completed. Our well pump stopped working, and First Class was out within hours to replace it. I use First Class for a variety of HVAC and plumbing needs, and the team is without exception courteous, prompt, efficient, and kind.

Called them for a non-functioning AC / heat pump during a recent heat wave (99°). Ernesto arrived first thing the next morning, exactly as promised. He was extremely courteous and communicative. He explained the issue, demonstrated how he identified the problem, explained the cost, and presented options. The issue was resolved in 90 minutes efficiently with reasonable cost, and Ernesto was top notch. I have worked with them twice and both interactions were like this. I will only use First Class Mechanical!

Another great experience with First Class Mechanical! Nathan and Ethan called to let me know they were on their way, which I really appreciated. They were both incredibly friendly and even took the time to let my dog get comfortable and smell them before coming inside. That small gesture meant a lot to me.

Morgan and Owen were great! As promised, they called about 10 minutes before arriving. They were extremely polite and friendly, thoroughly answering any questions I had. They got to work immediately, doing a complete HVAC system maintenance. They even went so far as to completely wash down and clean the heat pump outside! We've used 1st Class for several years and will continue to do so based on our experience of their thoroughness, friendliness, efficiency, and expertise. I can't recommend them highly enough!

Ray, Nate, and the rest of the team did a fantastic job. I had an unexpected flooding the basement. Ray was very knowledgeable and was able to pinpoint the cause. Nate and his team was out the very next day to replace the broken line. I also had an issue with my HVAC. TJ came out, not only took care of the issue but made sure other parts of the HVAC didn't have any issues. From start to finish, everything was seamless and customer service was nothing less than perfect. I would highly recommend First Class Mechanical.

My AC unit was not cooling, and tech came out found the issue and resolved it in timely manner, the two technicians was very professional, and I trust their expertise. I love it that my house feels cool again.

On Saturday having a full day of TV studio production we discovered that the studio HVAC unit was not operational. First Class responded within twenty minutes but needed a part. I got a call at 7:30 am the following Monday confirming we were on their list. By 8:30 am they followed up having ordered the part for pickup and indicated they would be back in for repair that Monday afternoon. They saved us from having to cancel a series of high profile productions. Now that's First Class service! Thank you!!

The team was on time and did a very thorough spring cleaning of our boiler system. Took the time to explain in detail what was being done during the work and clearly explained what was done when they finished. 1st Class is first class !!!!
