I would recommend them for service of A/C. They identified leak in evaporator coil and worked with me on various repair ooptions with associated risk without trying to upsell. They were able to repair the current system and charged less than original quote due to quicker repair. Cody walked me through the repair and showed the repaired coil before closing the system back up. Excellent work and communication throughout his repair.

When things go wrong, they go wrong in bunches. I have a water heater problem and called First Class Mechanical for help because they were listed with the Rheem home page. Rheem was impossible to get in touch with. So when I called First Class Mechanical, I spoke with Nancy. She was so informative and helpful. She told me exactly who to call and how it works. I was really grateful for the help!

Now I told you trouble came in bunches. As it turned out, my AC unit needed to be serviced. I asked Nancy if they can do that. She set up an appointment and sure enough, Luke from First Class came out and fixed the issue right away. The best part, their pricing was more than fair. I was so impressed, I asked Luke to give me an estimate to replace my upstairs unit. It is about 25 years old so it is time. Waiting for the estimate, but I will be more than happy to have First Class address all my HVAC and plumbing needs. Anytime you find a good trades company that gives you honest and fair work, you keep them. Thank you First Class!

Thank you for your excellent, fast and prompt service. The service received from G and your underground crew were stellar today. From initial contact and testing of our well line, which indicated we did in fact have a leak, to installing a new line with out having to tear up our entire yard was amazing! All members of your team kept me well informed during the process and were so nice. Thank you for being transparent about the price provided, as it was exactly as estimated.

We had a drain pan overflow emergency in our attic and First Class sent out Morgan immediately to asses the issue. He discovered that our condensate drain was clogged and after notifying us proceeded to clean it out. Morgan also properly installed our emergency cutoff-switch at a low point on the drain pan to prevent future accidents. Once done in the attic, Morgan headed outside to inspect the outdoor unit. It was dirty and he suggested we have it cleaned, so he did just that. After seeing the general state of disrepair in our system he told us about the maintenance agreement that First Class offers and left us a pamphlet and his card. Morgan was swift, kind, and knowledgeable. We greatly appreciate First Class's ability to respond so quickly.

Technicians arrived promptly to my home to install a new central air unit. The inside part to the unit was in a very small area, not much room to work with. This company has been taking care of our kennel and farmhouse for several years. Yesterday Cody S and Ernesto arrived on time, installed the AC in the kennel. They were friendly, efficient, and professional, as usual. A shout- out to Greg, too, who dropped off space heaters for the farmhouse while we were waiting for a part for the furnace this past winter.

We had no water Wednesday night. Called First Class Mechanical 7:30AM the next morning. Ray and Pablo showed up at 9AM the same morning and by 11:30 they had pulled the pump and replaced it. The pump was 475 Ft deep! Great Company and great employees!

We had a gas emergency in my neighborhood after a lightning struck at a home. This company received calls from customers due to the shut off of our gas supply for 40 customers. They brought a team of plumbers to rest and restore the people that wanted their gas back on. We were given a group reduced price which was great. It was on a Saturday evening as well . They spoke to each house that answered their donto render service to our community. I highly recommend them. They were informative and knowledgeable. Their teamwork and organization helped in a stressful situation. We appreciate them for their prompt service.

After a lightning strike in our neighborhood disrupted the gas line and prompted the fire department to shut off gas to over 40 homes, First Class Mechanical responded swiftly. Arriving at 9 PM, they worked tirelessly through the night to restore gas to everyone’s homes and provided an air line check for all. In the face of this unexpected challenge on a Friday night, they showed incredible compassion and offered significant financial relief. The First Class Mechanical Technicians, Cody & Ernesto, are always so professional, efficient, neat, and friendly every time they come out to service our 2 HVAC units as well as the Aprilaire Humidifier during our two Preventative Maintenance visits each year. Excellent quick same day professional water heater replacement service. It took 90 minutes from the time First Class Mechanical guys showed up on my driveway and the time they drove away. I thought they would just give me an estimate but they said they could do the job right away.As soon as we agreed on the price, they called their water heater supplier and had a water heater delivered within 15 minutes. One of the guys started disconnecting the old unit while the other guy received a new heater and brought it to my basement. In addition, they provided valuable maintenance tips and showed me how to replace anode rod. They did a great job while being polite and respectful. Thumbs up! I highly recommend First Class Mechanical for plumbing and water heater services!

We have used First Class Mechanical since moving to Westminster 19 years ago. We live in a very old house and they have always done an excellent job for us. The staff and technicians / plumbers have always been very kind and helpful with any questions. We highly recommend them!

During the latest cold period my heat pump stopped working. Called First Class Mechanical and was very pleased that the tech was able to diagnose the problem and repair it within just a few hours. Service tech was polite, friendly and more than willing to answer questions.

Would give 6 stars if I could. First time customer, just needed a check up at our new house. Received a communication when the tech was on the way and was on time. The tech was excellent and went out of his way to be courteous to our home, family, and pets. Even had a follow up question that they answered over the phone in less than 5 minutes. Choosing a company to call for service can be overwhelming. I saw the dog in the team photo and decided on First Class Mechanical. My instincts were on point and I am very pleased with the service. First Class has been taking care of all of my plumbing and HVAC needs for about 20 years. Most recently, I discovered that I had no water. First Class had a truck out in about two hours, and that first crew discovered that a part on my well head had broken and fallen into the well pipe. They arranged for a drilling company to come and retrieve the broken part in the well, then recovered and checked the pump. Withing 24 hours of my first call, they had my water pumping again and the total cost was about half of what I expected. The guys are always quick, professional, and courteous, both on the plumbing side and the HVAC side. I trust them implicitly, and recommend them to friends and neighbors.

First Class service all the way. Was without hot water, called in the late afternoon & they came out first thing in the morning. Gregg & Cody were professional, knowledgeable, very respectful and just cool and easy to work with. Definitely my first choice from now on.

Went to the basement to water all over called first class and they got two amazing young men out here with in the hour thank you G and Pablo for getting right to work and knocking this out. Both young men were polite and efficient.

First Class Mechanical is our go to company for you Plumbing and HVAC need for Lucky Stars Kennel. Today the plumbing department (G and Mason) showed up and started cleaning all of our drains in the kennel when the boiler stopped running, I made a call and within 1/2 hour Cody and Ernesto showed up and got the boiler back online. First Class Mechanical is truly First Class. You wont be disappointed!

This week I had a nightmare problem, but First Class fixed it quickly. On Sunday night, I discovered that I had no water. I called First Class on Morning morning, and they sent a truck out promptly. That first team discovered that the well head had failed, and the hardware had dropped down into the well pipe. First Class arranged to have drilling company come to extract the broken parts. On Tuesday morning, Ray and Pedro arrived early, followed by the well drillers. Within two hours, they had extracted the broken parts, fixed the pump, and had everything running again. Throughout all of this, Nancy coordinated the efforts in a way that allowed me to keep my normal schedule. The job even cost me less than I had expected, given the complexity. I was totally satisfied with every aspect of the service. That wasn't a surprise, as First Class has taken care of all of my plumbing, HVAC, and electrical needs for almost 20 years, and I've never had a bad experience with them.

My HVAC wasn't working properly. I called First Class around 4pm and was put in touch with Greg who walked me through a few scenarios and said he would see if a tech could come out same day. Sandy called me a few minutes later and said a tech was on the way. The called me (TJ) and said he was 5mins out. He arrived within 40mins of my initial call, diagnosed the problem and fixed it on the spot and saved me from another cold night. Outstanding service! This is my third experience with First Class (water heater & plumbing) and they are top notch! Highly recommend!

First Class Mechanical installed my boiler in 2013 and it has been great. I recently had some heating issues only to later figure out that it was related to my new AC unit and my Nest thermostat not communicating properly. They spent a lot of time here trying to diagnose the problem and did not charge me for that time. That was classy. Also want to give a shout out to the technician, Cody, who was very professional. He did a great job explaining what he wanted to do and then what he did do.
Finally, I want to recommend to all readers to sign up for a maintenance policy. I wish I had done that sooner.

This company rates 10 stars. They responded immediately & had my heat up & running pronto. They even came out on a holiday at no extra charge! Amazing service!!! Meanwhile Constellation was pushing a complete new install & wouldn't even try replacing the part that had gone bad. Pitiful.

I've been using First Class Mechanical for the past 8 years and they are always quick to respond and do great work when we've had plumbing issues. We had a pipe burst yesterday and they had a plumber at our house within an hour of me calling, and had the pipe replaced and water back on in our house within two hours. I highly recommend them!

Great experience every time we use First Class Mechanical. Had an issue with my boiler not working this morning and it was serviced and fixed by noon. The staff are always so nice and take the time to explain everything they are doing. We have been impressed with the excellent customer service every time we call them. Highly recommend!!

This is the third time we have had work done by 1st. class mechanical and as usual the work was completed in a truly professional manner. The estimate was fair and no surprises on completion. Called the 1st. class during the night @11PM for a next day appointment for major leak; by 7AM I had a call back, by 11AM Chris and his colleague were at my door, by 11:30AM they had fixed the leak. I can not say how much I appreciate polite service and here they do.

Had a water line break at the house. Called !st Class Mechanical. Ray came out within 2 hours and accessed what had to be done; provided a cost estimate and arranged for a crew to come out the next business day. They completed the job the same day and left the property in good condition, which included putting down grass seed where necessary. I would highly recommend them.

I truly love this company! This is the 2nd time I have used them for urgent plumbing needs and they did not disappoint! This time I needed my water heater replaced. They were able to fit me in in less than 48 hours. They are always very professional, polite and always leave everything very clean. The job took very little time and the cost was reasonable. I called First Class Mechanical at 10 AM, and they had someone at my house by 1 PM the same day. The technicians were very professional and did an excellent job of diagnosing the problem very quickly. After determining the issue, they fixed the system and checked all the major components of our heat pump to ensure they were functioning properly. I will be calling them for my future service and maintenance needs.

I couldn't be happier! The First Class Mechanical employee called to say when he would arrive and asked if that was okay for me. Never had that happen before. When he arrived he inspected where the leak was and gave me a quote which was very reasonable. The repair was completed and verified that leak was fixed. First Class indeed! Returned from the Carroll County dump around 3pm and my wife sez "we have no water"! Called our regular Plumber and he's on vacation and a quick Google search gives me 3 or 4 names but I have seen the trucks of FCM around and gave them a call! A good luck move on my part(even a blind squirrel finds an acorn once in a while!) John shows up in 20 MINUTES, quickly finds the problem with the well pump, Ray shows up 10 minutes later, and Boom, they have swapped out everything and cleaned up in less than an hour! Excellent work, done well and expeditiously AND at a fair price, they were great and now I will get them to give me an estimate for my worn out AC unit. Very pleased and I highly recommend!

We had an emergency leak in the pipe in our basement in the middle of the night. We called another plumbing company and they did not respond timely. We then called First Mechanical. They returned the call within 15 to 20 minutes. Giuliano Figueroa was our service technician. He was great! He was able to diagnose the issue immediately, turning the water off to the street. He then repaired the pipe. He took us through his process step by step. Giuliano was courteous, friendly, and professional. We plan to ask for him when we use your company related to some future work we want done in our house. Your company came highly recommended and now I know why.

I am very pleased with the service I received from First Class Mechanical. It was not an emergency and not a big job but I was treated as a priority. For a leak under my sink they dispatched a tech that was in my area finishing a job to come out the same day as my call! Shannon arrived assessed the situation and explained in detail what they believed was the appropriate fix. I had First Class Mechanical replace bathroom plumbing fixtures and do some other repair work for me. They are competent, professional, and most of all I trust their pricing is fair. They do not upsell jobs and are honest when recommending replacement parts. I want trustworthy workers who know what they are doing and they exceeded my expectations. I know the owners of this business to be ethical and have integrity. That is worth a lot in today’s business climate.

HVAC:
We have two units at our house and have used FCM to service and repair both units (they were not originally installed by FCM). We had a very frustrating intermittent failure issue with one unit that a team of techs and a manager were involved in and they provided top notch service trying to diagnose the issue, which occurred when they were not on the premises. They came out multiple times, and on the weekends, to look at the equipment and diagnose the potential problem. Finally, a compressor went and we decided to replace our aged AC unit. Greg assisted in this and he is fantastic. Cody was one of the servicing techs and came to our house for the install, along with Luke, Ernesto, and Thomas. They did the install and cleaned up as they went, being cautious and mindful of the property as well. Cody and Greg have truly gone above and beyond with us, all everyone has always been honest, knowledgeable, professional, and kind.

Plumbing:
My experience was excellent. Prompt response time and planning during a small flooding emergency. Fair pricing and excellent communication. Our plumber, Eric, took the time to diagnose the problem and explore options and saved us money, time, and additional headache. I highly recommend their services. Honest and professional! Ray, the plumbing service manager was great to work with as well. Most recently they replaced a sink for us and fixed some questionable plumbing, excellent work!

Truly exceptional service!

Our water pump failed on a Saturday of a holiday weekend. We called our regular plumber and they came out that day but did not have a pump in stock to install. Because of this they wouldn't be able to do the work until the following Tuesday. Their estimate for the job was $6K. We needed water so we agreed to have the work done. Afterwards we checked online for estimated costs for a well pump installation was between $900 - $2500. With that information I looked for another company on Sunday and found the highly recommended First Class Mechanical, LLC. I spoke to Ray Murray and he said he could come out that day and as a standard they carried 5 varing sizes of water pumps on every one of their vehicles. He was at our home within an hour. Another plumber accompanied him and within 2 hours we had running water. We didn't have to wait until Tuesday and the cost was $2350. My husband is an electrical engineer and watched and spoke with Ray during the entire replacement process. He was extremely impressed with Ray's experience and knowledge. I highly recommend First Class Mechanical, LLC to all our friends and neighbors. They are now our go to company for our plumbing and HVAC needs.

Will was a great plumber who solved my problems with an old shower control and shower head. Repair of the cartridge in the control and replacement of the shower head went without a problem.

Out of the blue our ceiling was spraying water First Class had a tech at our home within a couple hours🙌 The job was completed within an hour! Will call them for any future challenges .

Eric and James came out less than 24 hours after I called the office and diagnosed the problem with my well pump, replaced the necessary part and had it up and running in about 1-1/2 hours for much less cost than what I was quoted by another plumbing contractor. My experience with First Class Mechanical and Eric and James was terrific and I will certainly be using them for my plumbing and HVAC work in the future.

I needed a water treatment system that I bought installed along with a sump pump replaced for a new home we had bought. The entire team was professional and personable throughout the entire process. They worked with me when parts I ordered from a third-party were delayed. The technicians that came to perform the work were clean, polite, and professional, and they did a fantastic job with the installation at a very competitive rate. My pump went out on Sunday. I sent a request for service online and received a phone call on Monday at 7 am to schedule service. The technicians were here diagnosed the problem and replaced the pump in under 2 hours.

Awesome experience. Woke up to my husband screaming that the toilet had broken, dumping an entire tankful of water on the floor. Called First Mechanical and they were here in a couple of hours, diagnosed and fixed/replaced the turnoff valve and toilet in record time, at a more than reasonable price.
