Great company! I called for an emergency plumbing issue. I was told I would have to pay $150 flat rate plus the service fees for the emergency call. I agreed and was told the technician would head over after his current job, i got a call within 15 minutes and was told he was 15 minutes away. Once the Service Tech came out he said he would not charge me the additional $150 because he was "literally up the street" I was very grateful for his honesty and courtesy. They had my issue fixed within 2-3 hrs and charged me what I felt was a reasonable price. I hope I don't need them again but if I ever do. I'll be sure to use and recommend them.

G and Keenan came out and did an amazing job! Extremely polite, very friendly, and professional. They made sure that everything was done super well! They tested the wires, put the correct pump, and made sure everything was fully functioning before they left. I will definitely be recommending them to my family and friends! Both gentlemen came again as of today and replaced a wire on my Well Pump and the entire Tank Tee system in my basement. They both did an amazing job, and made sure nothing was missed.

Great service again! Chris came out this morning to fix my burst outside pipe that was leaking into my downstairs bathroom. 45 minutes later it’s all back to working again. First Mechanical is so quick to respond and come out, great company to work with.

Pablo and Joel arrived early, went quickly to work after Pablo explained what he could do to fix the problem. Although Pablo had to get a part from stock, he returned quickly and completed the job.

We needed a new water tank and after some online investigating, we decided to go with First Class Mechanical. They were polite and knowledgeable. They arrived on time and respected our home. And I was very pleased they offered a veteran's discount. We highly recommend.

In addition to dealing with 10 inches of snowfall, one of our pipes in the basement decided to develop a pinhole leak and water was spraying out like crazy. We called First Class Mechanical because we have used their services before and were pleased. Because of the road conditions, we really didn’t expect anyone to be able to get to us for a few days. To our absolute amazement First Classs switched one of their guys, Nathan, to a four wheel vehicle and he was at our house within an hour! Nathan was extremely courteous and very knowledgeable about what needed to be done. The repair was made and we were very happy with his workmanship. We will definitely be using First Class Mechanical for any plumbing issues or projects in the future. We highly recommend this company.

I had been adding to a list of small plumbing jobs to be done "someday" when my sink got obstructed and my toilet water line started leaking, on the same day. FCM scheduled my work quickly, and Will the plumber took care of the urgent items and non-urgent ones within a couple of hours. Going into spring with peace of mind about my plumbing is why I call First Class Mechanical!

I live within city limits and had a water line leak outside. First class mechanical was able to come out same day and provide a quick and fair estimate. They came at the time they said they would and were kind and professional. I'm very pleased with the service I received.

Called over the weekend, left message with a LIVE person.called first thing monday,first workday, made the appointment for the same day came as scheduled. Work done within 2 hours , was clean and efficient. The plumbers were polite and concerned with me and cleaned up perfectly. The two techs had our problem solved an about 45 minutes and stayed at my request to water jet the sewer line out to the street. They did a great job and were a pleasure to work with.

We had a new HW heater and expansion tank installed by First Class Mechanical in December. This weekend we noticed a dripping from the pressure relief valve. We called the “on call” service and Pablo called back. He reassured us that we’re ok for the weekend and that I’d get a call Monday from the office.



Fast forward, by 10:30 am Monday morning Nancy and Pablo navigated a visit and we replaced a pressure reducing value on our main line that was causing the problems. Pablo slops checked the expansion tank to ensure it wasn’t damaged. The service from FCM is absolutely outstanding.

We have used 1st Class Mechanical for general service work, home renovations, and home renovations for years and have had nothing but great experiences with them. They are reasonably priced, easy to get hold of, responsive, and most importantly they do great work. Cannot recommend them enough.

First Class Mechanical has a new customer for life. On closing day (evening) of a new house that had already had a long, stressful close window, I dropped by to clean the carpets and noted that the HVAC on the main floor was off. Concerning because this was the historic cold day earlier in February and I was worried about the pipes. I then spent the next 2 hours calling advertised Westminster "24/7 Emergency HVAC repair" businesses that are exceedingly deceptive- FYI the "24" component of 24/7 for most of these businesses appears to be a call center that remains operational, then collect all your info, try to get you to sign up for things, and make promises like "tech will call you in 30 mins on the way" only for someone else to call me and say they can get there first thing in the morning". This happened to me 3x even after I started these booking calls saying "do you actually do as advertised?" and being assured that they do. Not First Class Mechanical. They connected me right with Morgan who told me he was on his way, and he arrived and judiciously diagnosed, prescribed, and fixed the issue. Morgan was an earnest and polite young man who walked me through what he was doing as well as educating me on this new system I just inherited. This level of care to the company's words and its customers gave me faith that night when I was in a bind. First Class Mechanical has a customer for life, and if all their employees are as thoughtful as Morgan I expect there are many other customers like me who feel the same way

I had to have First Class Mechanical out for emergency service 2/8/2026 in relation to no water in my home. The technicians Pablo and Owen were able to get to my residence within an hour. They troubleshot and found that the cable to the well pump had failed. They were going to replace it but reported that the well pump was 15 years old and while it was working, could reach end of life any day. They were able to discount replacing the cable to the pump if I also opted into replacing the pump as well, which I did. They were done within three hours of arriving at my home. Pablo and Owen were incredibly respectful of my home, my time and my family. I appreciated them acknowledging my children with small hellos and appreciated them wear booties over their shoes while coming into the house. I was impressed at how quickly they resolved this major problem for my family. While the bill was high, it was reasonable for the nature of the work being done. Comparing it to estimates online, it actually appears to be a very fair price. I've called First Mechanical for emergency work in the past, and I will do so again in the future. Highly recommended!

I have had First Class Mechanical come out to my house a couple of times now and have been very pleased with their work and customer service. Most recently a pipe in the house broke right before a major snow storm. I was incredibly grateful that they came right out and replaced the pipe and got all the work done before the storm hit. They have proven they are the only ones I need to call whenever I need work done in the future because I know I can rely on them.

They went above and beyond to solve an issue with our heating during this bitter cold winter. Several technicians over several days lead to solving our problem. We appreciate their help and expertise.

During the ice storm with extreme cold weather of 2026 our heat pump could not keep up. We called First class at 11:30am and they said they would have a person there as soon as he finished lunch. By 12:35pm he was at the house and within 45 minutes he fixed the issue and had it blowing hot air. We had quick and courteous service and will continue to use First Class for all our repair needs.

I have been a homeowner for 40 years and have been using first class for about The last 10 of them. I cannot tell you how comforting it is to know that no matter what day or what time - when I call First class for an emergency or routine work they always get me right in, the job is always done to completion, their pricing I find reasonable, their employees are always knowledgeable, respectful and just genuine good people. From scheduling right down to job completion. I live on a farm so we often have crazy requests… There’s always an immediate call back with an answer. I am most impressed by the young people that First class Mechanical brings into the trades…by time some of these young people are in their very early 20s, they are skilled confident tradesmen. I would leave alone any employees of this company in my home to get their job done if I was unavailable, they know my systems and keep everything up-to-date. From scheduling all the way to job completion I’ve never had a single complaint or grievance. If you need plumbers or HVAC, this is your place!

First Class Mechanical is top notch. They turned a horrible situation around in record time. Saving myself and my tenants a huge amount of hardship and headache. They responded to the emergency of a water main break at one of my rentals the same day, with an impending snow storm. They were back out to work, with permits within 4 days and my property had water again after just 6 days, in the middle of a snow storm.

After calling late Friday morning about a leaking well expansion tank, Sandy was incredibly thorough, ensuring they had the correct replacement specs before the team even headed out. Christopher arrived just hours later, diagnosed the issue, and handled the replacement with ease. He even coordinated two colleagues to assist with the heavy lifting and went above and beyond by replacing my water filter. He left the workspace spotless. Highly recommend for their efficiency and attention to detail!

On the coldest, snowiest day of winter, our well pump decided it had enough and quit working. We called our usual guys, but they were booked solid. We had no water and I was worried it would stay that way overnight. I did a google search and found First Class Mechanical. The person answering the phone was kind and empathetic. She said the crews were out. But she said she would see what she could do. Within a few moments, she was able to secure someone to come help us out. He called letting me know his ETA. Then I received another call. He asked if he could also come after I told him someone alteady did. I, of course, said yes. Before they began their work, they took the time to introduce themselves. The crew was great! They were polite, professional and willing to be out in the freezing cold to replace the pump. After a short time, the new pump was installed. And we had water. Very satisfied. I was very pleased with the service I received from First Class Mechanical. They dumped and rebed my neutralizer canister for my salt filtration system. They also tested my water. It was also pointed out that I have rust on my water heater which I hadn't even noticed caused by the hard water and me not servicing my filtration system timely. I asked to be put on their routine maintenance list for the filtration system and also for a quote for a replacement of my water heater. The two young men were polite and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company.

Pablo and Ethan provided excellant craftmanship and service completing 3 different plumbing jobs in my home. They were polite and professional throughout. FCM also completed installation of an HVAC system. Upon inspection of the old unit, the heat exchanger was found to be faulty. I was given a quote to replace the unit rather than a charge for the inspection. The technicians were also polite, knowledgeable and efficient throughout the process. I will definitely use FCM for all my future HVAC and plumbing needs.
