Pablo was very nice and professional.

Service technician responded within 1 hour to replace leaking hot water heater. Will was friendly, knowledgeable and explained what needed to be done. I highly recommend First class Mechanical.

Should be EVERYONE’S go to for plumbing! First Class was exceptional throughout the entire process from customer service when calling in, showing up on time to the appointment, and resolving all issues that other companies were unable to address for one reason or another.

First Class Mechanical responded very promptly to assess an issue with water in my basement. The tech (Craig), who has also done 2 other plumbing installations in my home, quickly located the source of the problem and repaired it. I have very little knowledge of plumbing and Craig clearly answered all of my questions. Though he never pressured me into having any additional work done, as a result of the information he gave me I chose to proactively schedule replacements of a 37 year old sump pump, a cracked sanitary sink, and a corroded faucet. I received an estimate for that work very quickly and the price was very reasonable. Shout out to Craig as well as to Nancy (office manager extraordinaire).

Two gentlemen did the install. Showed them where everything was located and they completed the installation. Did not even know they were there most of the time. Everything looked good and works well.

The guys are professional, highly efficient, and truly knows what they are doing. They installed our hot water circulator perfectly, and now we have instant hot water! Highly recommended! 

Keenan and Pablo replaced my well pump and pitless adapter. I asked Pablo to take a look at a bathroom faucet when they were finished with the we'll job and he repaired. Both guys were very knowledgeable and very professional. They are an asset to your company.

I heard about this company from 2 different people that didn't know each other. I called and they sent TJ out to check out some problems ANOTHER LARGE COMPANY IN MARYLAND in the same field installed 2 new units & an air handler in my home. After that installation disaster and a flood from an uneven pan under the air handler in the attic, my 2nd floor ceilings had a lot of water damage that needed drywall repair and painting. I trusted that companies repairs until they never showed up for the 2nd problem.

TJ did a great job repairing all that the other company did not due what they said they did. I am very please to post this review on a company who has all good journeymen who come out to a good job, work ethic and very kind to explain what needed repair & got it completed. TJ did an awesome job! Thank you all again & again!

Our well pump stopped working, and First Class was out within hours to replace it. I use First Class for a variety of HVAC and plumbing needs, and the team is without exception courteous, prompt, efficient, and kind.

Called them for a non-functioning AC / heat pump during a recent heat wave (99°). Ernesto arrived first thing the next morning, exactly as promised. He was extremely courteous and communicative. He explained the issue, demonstrated how he identified the problem, explained the cost, and presented options. The issue was resolved in 90 minutes efficiently with reasonable cost, and Ernesto was top notch. I have worked with them twice and both interactions were like this. I will only use First Class Mechanical!

Another great experience with First Class Mechanical! Nathan and Ethan called to let me know they were on their way, which I really appreciated. They were both incredibly friendly and even took the time to let my dog get comfortable and smell them before coming inside. That small gesture meant a lot to me.

Morgan and Owen were great! As promised, they called about 10 minutes before arriving. They were extremely polite and friendly, thoroughly answering any questions I had. They got to work immediately, doing a complete HVAC system maintenance. They even went so far as to completely wash down and clean the heat pump outside! We've used 1st Class for several years and will continue to do so based on our experience of their thoroughness, friendliness, efficiency, and expertise. I can't recommend them highly enough!

Ray, Nate, and the rest of the team did a fantastic job. I had an unexpected flooding the basement. Ray was very knowledgeable and was able to pinpoint the cause. Nate and his team was out the very next day to replace the broken line. I also had an issue with my HVAC. TJ came out, not only took care of the issue but made sure other parts of the HVAC didn't have any issues. From start to finish, everything was seamless and customer service was nothing less than perfect. I would highly recommend First Class Mechanical.

My AC unit was not cooling, and tech came out found the issue and resolved it in timely manner, the two technicians was very professional, and I trust their expertise. I love it that my house feels cool again.

Tech was friendly, knowledgeable, and explained the system functionality. No repairs needed this time, thankfully.

On Saturday having a full day of TV studio production we discovered that the studio HVAC unit was not operational. First Class responded within twenty minutes but needed a part. I got a call at 7:30 am the following Monday confirming we were on their list. By 8:30 am they followed up having ordered the part for pickup and indicated they would be back in for repair that Monday afternoon. They saved us from having to cancel a series of high profile productions. Now that's First Class service! Thank you!!

The team was on time and did a very thorough spring cleaning of our boiler system. Took the time to explain in detail what was being done during the work and clearly explained what was done when they finished. 1st Class is first class !!!!

I say this and tell people when the services are done: They always keep me updated , clean up and so professional. They also did a plumbing drain cleaning 6 months back.The team that came the same.So nice and professional. They also put mats down walking on your carpet and tiles.I have lived here 16 years, had different plumbers prior to being told about First Class Mechanical. This company is 100 of 100 compared to others being 25 to 35%. I live alone and have a disability. They took the time to show me how to turn gas and safety valves off properly. Quality work and very responsive. I woke up on a Saturday morning with no water, gave them a call left my info with the answering service within 20min i had a phone call back from the technician William A. Spoke to him for about 5min and got an ETA he was right on time and diagnosed the issue and replaced the well pump. We had water in a few hours. William was very informative and knowledgeable he got the job done and the pricing was very Fair. Thank you!!

I called for an estimate on a new water heater. They arrived promptly and checked out my problem. Instead of selling me something I didn’t need, they told me all I needed was a filter which they were able to install immediately. I can’t speak to the fairness of the price, but I paid it gladly because of that degree of honesty. Made a service appointment about a leaky valve online on their web site. They came on time, were professional and pleasant, and efficiently fixed the problem for half of what other plumbers quoted. And gave advice on other smaller issues. Doesn’t get better than that.

I was so impressed by the prompt and efficient service provided by First Class. After reaching out to a different, but well known plumbing company, and receiving a ridiculously high quote and a non-helpful tech, several people recommended First Class. Chris and Keegan(?) from First Class were First Rate! They were polite & friendly, very knowledgeable, neat, professional, and efficient. They understood my concerns and explained everything they were doing. Final price was less than half of the former quote! I could not be happier and only wish I had called them first. I will highly recommend them to anyone needing their services. Thanks to the front office, too, who set up the appointment and treated me kindly!

Pablo and Keenan came out and did an amazing job with my yellow copper well pump wire, they replaced the whole thing. They also replaced the entire well pump as well.

The connection to my exterior hose bib leaked when I turned it on, and water ran into the interior wall. Your team fixed the connections and now it is great.

Great company! I called for an emergency plumbing issue. I was told I would have to pay $150 flat rate plus the service fees for the emergency call. I agreed and was told the technician would head over after his current job, i got a call within 15 minutes and was told he was 15 minutes away. Once the Service Tech came out he said he would not charge me the additional $150 because he was "literally up the street" I was very grateful for his honesty and courtesy. They had my issue fixed within 2-3 hrs and charged me what I felt was a reasonable price. I hope I don't need them again but if I ever do. I'll be sure to use and recommend them.

Great service again! Chris came out this morning to fix my burst outside pipe that was leaking into my downstairs bathroom. 45 minutes later it’s all back to working again. First Mechanical is so quick to respond and come out, great company to work with.

We needed a new water tank and after some online investigating, we decided to go with First Class Mechanical. They were polite and knowledgeable. They arrived on time and respected our home. And I was very pleased they offered a veteran's discount. We highly recommend.

In addition to dealing with 10 inches of snowfall, one of our pipes in the basement decided to develop a pinhole leak and water was spraying out like crazy. We called First Class Mechanical because we have used their services before and were pleased. Because of the road conditions, we really didn’t expect anyone to be able to get to us for a few days. To our absolute amazement First Classs switched one of their guys, Nathan, to a four wheel vehicle and he was at our house within an hour! Nathan was extremely courteous and very knowledgeable about what needed to be done. The repair was made and we were very happy with his workmanship.
