This company was the best. They contacted me at 6:57 this morning and were here at 8:15 to evaluate and fix my problem. they checked the well pump inside and pressure then discussed with me the problem and solution. Then they contacted AHS to discuss what was covered and how much was owed. Their p rice was fair and their work was done quickly and thoroughly. They explained what they needed to do in the well itself( foot valve replacement) cleaned up and replaced my old pump from 1995. Then they assessed anything else that may go wrong in the future and things that could help prevent them . I am completely happy with the work, courteousness and level of expertise. COREY AND XAVIER ARE THE BEST.

We had a clogged pipe in the kitchen and First Mechanical was early. Not only did he fix the problem in less than 30 minutes and showed my husband how to fix it for next time!

These guys were fast, professional, and amazing!! I lost my water late Sunday afternoon. I contacted a Hampstead Company who assured me they would arrive “first thing Monday morning”. After calling again and not hearing back by 9:30am Monday I called this company and they had someone on sight by 10:30am. My well pump was replaced and my water restored by 12pm. Great Customer Service!!!

The guys from 1st Class Mechanical were great. Checked in before they arrive, arrived on time, got right to work diagnosing the problem and gave me an estimate before getting to work. Great experience, was referred to them by my old plumber who was retiring. They are my new go-to.

The guys were awesome. Did a thorough analysis to ensure the problem was diagnosed correctly and then ensured the fix solved the problem. The price was more than reasonable for the work completed as well. I would highly recommend.

Eric and James came out less than 24 hours after I called the office and diagnosed the problem with my well pump, replaced the necessary part and had it up and running in about 1-1/2 hours for much less cost than what I was quoted by another plumbing contractor. My experience with First Class Mechanical and Eric and James was terrific and I will certainly be using them for my plumbing and HVAC work in the future.

These are our go to contractors. We had 3 toilets replaced and new washer dryer hookups installed with a new gas line. The cost of work was very reasonable and they took care of everything. The quality of work, timeliness, and ease of working with them was amazing.

I called four different 'emergency' services on a Saturday night after our house lost water pressure completely before I finally found great service with this company. My technician was eric -- both him and his assistant were FABULOUS. They came out around 6pm and went through all the trouble of digging out our old well pump just to find the problem. Turns out the electrical line was severed and the pump was 20 years old (so thankful it wasn't the well itself that was the problem) and it took them a little over an hour to replace the line and the pump. from the moment I called to the moment they left was less than four hours. I was extremely impressed and grateful that i had water back in my home the same day and didn't have to wait several days without it for another service to maybe call me back. I highly recommend them! Thank you

My water pressure dropped and my well pump didn't seem to be functioning properly (it was more than 16 yrs old). I called First Class at the recommendation of a plumber friend who wasn't available. First Class Mechanical came out same day, diagnosed the issue and got to work. Everyone was very professional, courteous and took extra care to cover their shoes when they entered my home. It was a big job, as they needed to run a new line from the well to my home and replace the well pump. They did a great job and I would highly recommend them.

I call first class this morning about a warranty issue on my boiler and they literally sent someone out about 3 hours later. I was very impressed with the service and the response time, I even talked to I think one of the part owners on some other issues I could potentially be having and he made me feel good knowing how knowledgeable he was on the various pieces of equipment. I will 100 percent be using this company for anything mechanical in the future. I wish I knew the techs name that came to 4204 S great guy and very knowledgeable and honest. Thanks again first class and looking forward to doing business in the future.

Easy to contact, came on time, did the job well and in reasonable amount of time. Very nice people to work with all the way around.

Fast, competent service. The tech quickly diagnosed the cause of my leak and had the parts needed to fix it on his truck. While waiting for the adhesive on the pipes to dry, he answered miscellaneous questions I had about my well and in the process discovered another barely leaking valve and replaced that one too. All in all a very stress-free and enjoyable experience. Highly recommended!

The 2 techs we had were amazing, I don't particularly remember their names unfortunately. They covered their shoes every time and laid things on our carpet. They were so thorough that they even found a hairline crack in our furnace. They answered all my questions about replacing the unit, they even went above and beyond when I asked about possibly converting to an electric unit. Could not be happier with the service we received even though I need a new unit

I called First Class because I had no water. They were at my house within an hour and had my repair completed with an hour of arrival. And I was pleased with the price. Great service. My business uses them too because they are very responsive.

I'm a very impressed and happy with the knowledge and service of this company and their technicians! We first noticed our shower leaking last week, used a different company at that time, while it seemed the other company had fixed the issue, they did not address the true problem at all and this week we had water leaking again. Within the first few minutes of arriving, the technicians from First Class Mechanical knew exactly what the problem was and how to fix it. He provided us with helpful information regarding the issue and did an excellent job on the repair. He also tested our water quality and water pump. His insight will help us avoid a bigger issue in the future and we will be using First Class Mechanical again to address these issues in the near future. I highly recommend First Class Mechanical!

I called to have my well pump checked out after it stop working. They called ahead and was on time. Gary was awesome and getting everything back to normal and explain everything to me as well as answering all my questions! A plus all around. I actually thought he was the owner.

I called them for a plumbing issue at 1230p. They were at my house by 330p same day. It was fixed by 430p. It was reasonably priced and the men who came were nice and very detailed about everything. Very impressed. Will definitely use again.

First Class Mechanical is a top-notch company. They are professional, punctual, and very honest. We asked them to replace our 18-year old (burst) water heater. They delivered the water heater and installed it without issue on the day they promised. They were in and out with the installation complete within 2 hours and it worked perfectly!

Special shout out to Eric at First Class Mechanical. He was our first point of contact after we realized our basement was filling up with water. He calmly and patiently walked my wife and I (who were definitely not calm) through the process to turn off all water to the tank, turn off the gas and what our next steps will be. He promised a call between 700 - 730AM the next morning and we received that call at exactly 715AM.

Use this company for all your HVAC and plumbing needs. They are small, very well-run, locally owned (not a national chain) company that really takes pride in their work.

They are the best company around. I have called them for plumbing, not sure what else they can do.

In our 100+ year old house, the upstairs plumbing leaked. The living room ceiling had to be opened up to find the leak. The techs then replaced ALL the old pipes. Just as they were leaving, I discovered a small leak in the basement and they came back in and fixed that too!!!

My water supply from our well had stopped working and I called First Class Mechanical. They were able to come out that same day. The problem was diagnosed and they did it right away. It was an old and worn out well pump. They had a replacement pump to the scene within a few minutes. They explained everything they were doing during the replacement and within about two hours they completed the task. I was very happy with their work, service, and pricing. Highly recommended.

When they came out the young man was very Knowledgeable about my hot water heater and realize something else was wrong with it. Went back got the piece he needed to fix it it was just such a pleasure having a company come out and not try to dig you for more money. They were wonderful I would recommend them very very much.

Our water stopped working over the weekend. We called 10pm on a Saturday and someone was able to speak with us and set an appointment first thing the next morning. By 9am we have water again! The technicians eased our worries almost immediately, and the cost was super reasonable.

A couple days prior, we called a different company when it was just a water pressure issue, and we were quoted an insane amount. We were in the process of getting different quotes until it became an emergency issue and we went with First Class Mechanical. Thank you so much for your services!

Excellent service call with pros who aren’t going to sell you things you don’t need.

I have two AC Units in my house rolling into the 20 years of life which is the dread we all face. The one finally up and died so the team at First Class will be putting a new one in after exhausting every other option to resuscitate this one. While that was going on, the 2nd unit started giving me trouble. In both cases the two young men that came out Josh and Morgan were great! They were both professional and courteous! Josh took the time to explain the problem understanding that replacing any of the the units was the last thing I wanted to do. They found the issue with my second unit and thankfully it is repairable. Bottom line is I would recommend First Class any time and if you are fortunate enough to have Josh and Morgan show up then all the better.

This company truly is first class! When I bought a South Central Pennsylvania farmette in late 2020, it had a large barn but only one functioning hydrant. First Class worked with me to add five Nelson waterers in the barn and adjacent paddock, a feed room sink, and a second functioning hydrant. All this was made more challenging by the exceptionally rocky ground under my house and barn -- but they found a way every time. After they finished their job, another contractor accidentally cut a water and electrical line to one of the waterers -- and Gary and Corey came out within 3 hours to repair both lines.

Two workers from this company were sent to work at my home in Bolton Hill along with the NPL team who are doing the BGE gas upgrade in the neighborhood. They were here 6/10/2021. They communicated between themselves and the other workers outstandingly as they did with me. They clearly explained what they needed to do to be sure my appliances got gas and respected my property so well. They had boot covers and even took off the boots to go from my basement upstairs. They didn’t let pouring rain deter them from lighting my outside gas lamp. I will be telling my friends and neighbors about these guys and First Class Mechanical!

Replaced well pipe cap. Friendly and knowledgeable. Nuts needed to be tightened on cap after they left.

Stellar service. On 1/2016 KJD plumbing replaced the pressure tank tee and tank with china brass fittings. That brass tee failed on the pressure tank and flooded my basement that was installed by KJD on 1/2016. Had replaced this tee before 2016 with all stainless steel fittings myself but for one reason or another KJD Plumbing replaced with all brass? I was out of town at the time. On site today though, and did not even have to ask for stainless steel replacements parts from First Class Mechanical. Apparently it is the standard for them in this area. Good help is hard to find. The repair personnel Ray and helper were timely friendly and very knowledgeable. Cleaned up after the task and left the site better than they found it. AWESOMENESS! Eric called me back the night before and was helpful as well. Tammy was also very helpful and called the next morning and got us on the schedule. Good people. Price is good especially all stainless steel. They treat people fair. I get it. Others do not. You get what you pay for. First Class! Will utilize the service again in the future.

Our house took a direct lightening hit and our well pump blew up. I called at 10:45 AM and they arrived at 11:45 AM. They completed the installation of 180 feet of new pipe and motor and the inside adjustments in - 2 HOURS. They headed down my driveway at 1:45 PM. I canceled our hotel reservation when life returns to normal. If there is a better or more professional business, I haven’t found it.
