“Outstanding service from the first phone call to the final signature after work was completed. Woke up on July 5th to no water. Called my usual plumber who was booked, then called another company and after waiting over an hour for a call back I was referred to First Class by my neighbor. Receptionist was friendly, caring and actually had empathy. At 10:30 she told me someone would be in the area between 12-4 and she would put me on the schedule and assured me I would have water by the end of the day. 12:15 the van pulled up, by 12:30 they found the problem, had my estimate and went out, bought a new well trol tank. “Called First Class Mechanical at 9am because my well pump wasn’t working. Never used them before but they were the first ones to pop up on google. The lady who answered the phone was very friendly and helpful. She told me they would have someone out between 11 and 3. Ray and Corey were on-site at 11:15am! They quickly diagnosed the problem and determined there was a break in the electrical line to the pump. They offered to just replace the line without replacing the pump but the pump was 17 years old and probably near the end of its life. Although I did decide to go ahead and replace the pump as well, they did not pressure me to do it. All in all they were extremely friendly, courteous and professional.
