This is the third time we have had work done by 1st. class mechanical and as usual the work was completed in a truly professional manner. The estimate was fair and no surprises on completion. Cris & Pablo were on time and got right to work. Each seemed to know their job well. It's really nice to know that you can call someone reliable and reasonable. The military discount didn't hurt either. We highly recommend them for all your plumbing or HVAC needs.

Crew showed up on time and proceeded promptly with the work. Task completed as quickly as possible and it appears to have been done professionally.

Called the 1st. class during the night @11PM for a next day appointment for major leak; by 7AM I had a call back, by 11AM Chris and his colleague were at my door, by 11:30AM they had fixed the leak. I can not say how much I appreciate polite service and here they do.

Had a water line break at the house. Called !st Class Mechanical. Ray came out within 2 hours and accessed what had to be done; provided a cost estimate and arranged for a crew to come out the next business day. They completed the job the same day and left the property in good condition, which included putting down grass seed where necessary. I would highly recommend them.

Had boiler & mini-split maintenance by technicians Morgan & Luke. They were punctual, polite, and knowledgeable. I truly love this company! This is the 2nd time I have used them for urgent plumbing needs and they did not disappoint! This time I needed my water heater replaced. They were able to fit me in in less than 48 hours. They are always very professional, polite and always leave everything very clean. The job took very little time and the cost was reasonable. First Class Mechanical installed a new water tank and water conditioning system for me. They did an excellent job, making sure that all the plumbing functioned well. They also got rid of extraneous pipes that a previous contractor had installed. The workers were so knowledgeable and helpful. I heartily recommend them!

They were very patient with me as I was installing the app to monitor the device and showed me how to use it. I called First Class Mechanical at 10 AM, and they had someone at my house by 1 PM the same day. The technicians were very professional and did an excellent job of diagnosing the problem very quickly. After determining the issue, they fixed the system and checked all the major components of our heat pump to ensure they were functioning properly. I will be calling them for my future service and maintenance needs.

I couldn't be happier! The First Class Mechanical employee called to say when he would arrive and asked if that was okay for me. Never had that happen before. When he arrived he inspected where the leak was and gave me a quote which was very reasonable. The repair was completed and verified that leak was fixed. The technician was professional, courteous, polite, and exceeded my expectations. First Class indeed! Returned from the Carroll County dump around 3pm and my wife sez "we have no water"! Called our regular Plumber and he's on vacation and a quick Google search gives me 3 or 4 names but I have seen the trucks of FCM around and gave them a call! A good luck move on my part(even a blind squirrel finds an acorn once in a while!) John shows up in 20 MINUTES, quickly finds the problem with the well pump, Ray shows up 10 minutes later, and Boom, they have swapped out everything and cleaned up in less than an hour! Excellent work, done well and expeditiously AND at a fair price, they were great and now I will get them to give me an estimate for my worn out AC unit. Very pleased and I highly recommend!

We had an emergency leak in the pipe in our basement in the middle of the night. We called another plumbing company and they did not respond timely. We then called First Mechanical. They returned the call within 15 to 20 minutes. Giuliano Figueroa was our service technician. He was great! He was able to diagnose the issue immediately, turning the water off to the street. He then repaired the pipe. He took us through his process step by step. Giuliano was courteous, friendly, and professional. We plan to ask for him when we use your company related to some future work we want done in our house. Your company came highly recommended and now I know why.

I am very pleased with the service I received from First Class Mechanical. It was not an emergency and not a big job but I was treated as a priority. For a leak under my sink they dispatched a tech that was in my area finishing a job to come out the same day as my call! Shannon arrived assessed the situation and explained in detail what they believed was the appropriate fix. I had First Class Mechanical replace bathroom plumbing fixtures and do some other repair work for me. They are competent, professional, and most of all I trust their pricing is fair. They do not upsell jobs and are honest when recommending replacement parts. I want trustworthy workers who know what they are doing and they exceeded my expectations. I know the owners of this business to be ethical and have integrity. That is worth a lot in today’s business climate.

HVAC:
We have two units at our house and have used FCM to service and repair both units (they were not originally installed by FCM). We had a very frustrating intermittent failure issue with one unit that a team of techs and a manager were involved in and they provided top notch service trying to diagnose the issue, which occurred when they were not on the premises. They came out multiple times, and on the weekends, to look at the equipment and diagnose the potential problem. Finally, a compressor went and we decided to replace our aged AC unit. Greg assisted in this and he is fantastic. Cody was one of the servicing techs and came to our house for the install, along with Luke, Ernesto, and Thomas. They did the install and cleaned up as they went, being cautious and mindful of the property as well. Cody and Greg have truly gone above and beyond with us, all everyone has always been honest, knowledgeable, professional, and kind.

Plumbing:
My experience was excellent. Prompt response time and planning during a small flooding emergency. Fair pricing and excellent communication. Our plumber, Eric, took the time to diagnose the problem and explore options and saved us money, time, and additional headache. I highly recommend their services. Honest and professional! Ray, the plumbing service manager was great to work with as well. Most recently they replaced a sink for us and fixed some questionable plumbing, excellent work!

Truly exceptional service!

Our water pump failed on a Saturday of a holiday weekend. We called our regular plumber and they came out that day but did not have a pump in stock to install. Because of this they wouldn't be able to do the work until the following Tuesday. Their estimate for the job was $6K. We needed water so we agreed to have the work done. Afterwards we checked online for estimated costs for a well pump installation was between $900 - $2500. With that information I looked for another company on Sunday and found the highly recommended First Class Mechanical, LLC. I spoke to Ray Murray and he said he could come out that day and as a standard they carried 5 varing sizes of water pumps on every one of their vehicles. He was at our home within an hour. Another plumber accompanied him and within 2 hours we had running water. We didn't have to wait until Tuesday and the cost was $2350. My husband is an electrical engineer and watched and spoke with Ray during the entire replacement process. He was extremely impressed with Ray's experience and knowledge. I highly recommend First Class Mechanical, LLC to all our friends and neighbors. They are now our go to company for our plumbing and HVAC needs.

Will was a great plumber who solved my problems with an old shower control and shower head. Repair of the cartridge in the control and replacement of the shower head went without a problem.

Out of the blue our ceiling was spraying water First Class had a tech at our home within a couple hours🙌 The job was completed within an hour! Will call them for any future challenges .

Eric and James came out less than 24 hours after I called the office and diagnosed the problem with my well pump, replaced the necessary part and had it up and running in about 1-1/2 hours for much less cost than what I was quoted by another plumbing contractor. My experience with First Class Mechanical and Eric and James was terrific and I will certainly be using them for my plumbing and HVAC work in the future.

I really enjoy writing reviews like this. First Class Mechanical has a fitting name. I needed a water treatment system that I bought installed along with a sump pump replaced for a new home we had bought. The entire team was professional and personable throughout the entire process. They worked with me when parts I ordered from a third-party were delayed. The technicians that came to perform the work were clean, polite, and professional, and they did a fantastic job with the installation at a very competitive rate. Clearly, First Class Mechanical have the customer experience in mind when servicing and I recommend them for any plumbing needs. Thanks again First Class Mechanical. My pump went out on Sunday. I sent a request for service online and received a phone call on Monday at 7 am to schedule service. The technicians were here diagnosed the problem and replaced the pump in under 2 hours.

Awesome experience. Woke up to my husband screaming that the toilet had broken, dumping an entire tankful of water on the floor. Called First Mechanical and they were here in a couple of hours, diagnosed and fixed/replaced the turnoff valve and toilet in record time, at a more than reasonable price. Thanks to their plumber, Shannon, for making a nightmare morning go away!

They set the standard for service! We were is a crazy position and felt like they were part of the family to help. Our well stopped producing and we were getting ready for our family Easter party. My last repair was boiler related- Cody & Brandon were on time, professional and on estimate! This is always my first referral when friends or family are in need of service.

Couldn’t be happier with First Class Mechanical. We had a leak in our service line, contacted First Class in the evening, and they came out the next morning. When your kitchen floods you need to call someone that you trust. Not only did Ray and the team clear the drain, they created a solution to reconfigure the pipes so that it will not happen again. First Class Mechanical has been there for my family for years when we have had plumbing or HVAC issues. You should give them a call.

I called First Class Mechanical for a quote on my idea/project. Ray came by and said it was doable and shouldn’t cost more than $1k. He understood the problem and conveyed his thoughts to me. Great! … as he was fixing to leave, he came back and said “Ya know what, I’d feel a lot better if you let us snake it 1st, would hate to cost you money and time if the project doesn’t need to be done, if it doesn’t work, of course it’d be no charge to you.” Wow! Absolutely, go for it. (I was doubtful it’d work to be honest, but why not). He came back later that day and successfully snaked it (and was able to get the cap off the Y drain to access it better that the other guy couldn’t). Through First Class Mechanicals integrity, professional knowledge, due diligence, and no BS, they saved me THOUSANDS. Ray is awesome, appreciate you!!... I’ll forever be their customer for my plumbing needs now (which hopefully isn’t too soon! Lol), and I’ll continue to refer folks to them. Thanks again First Class Mechanical!

The technician G was very knowledgeable of his job and very helpful. I recommend this company to anyone cause they always do a great job.

I've used them for many years, and they have done great work - everything from a new hot water heater to water treatment systems to everyday plumbing fixes. I can depend on them to come quickly, fix issues and clearly explain everything to me.

We have a well system and our water pump stopped working. We called First Class Mechanical at 03.45 pm. The operator put us in touch with master plumber Will Adams. He listened to us and told us that he would come in 1.5 hours and the estimated price of the job. We accepted. Will Adams arrived at the time he said he would. He checked the problem and replaced the well pump and electrical cable in 45 minutes (approximately 81 feet). He was very kind, careful and his assistant did his job well. At the end of the job, he matched the estimated price he gave. He billed for $2191.99. They saved us from thirst on Sunday. They also gave a 5 year warranty on the new pump. I am pleased with the work they did. They know very well what they are doing. They are true to their word. They are very reliable, professional and efficient. Will Adams is a very good plumber. Thank you for your service on Super Bowl day.

I work for a water mitigation company and we work with a lot of different plumbing companies - mainly in regards to situations they come across where our services are needed. I had a client who didn't need our services but needed a gas main repaired. I promised I would find a great local company and I called First Class Mechanical! I got Casey (I believe in Dispatch) and she was unbelievably pleasant and although I wasn't the client she treated me with all the customer service as if I was. They assured me they would get my clients info to the Gas Department and would contact him right away. We were able to supply this customer with all around great customer service from our company to First Class! We take customer service very seriously and like to let it be known when a great job has been done! Thank you very much!

Unfortunately, our water stopped working around noon on Wednesday. Called First Class Mechanical and spoke to a lady that was extremely helpful and told me "We'll have someone there this afternoon". Shannon and her helper showed up quickly and had our water pump replaced and water back on within hours! (also working in 19-degree weather)! First Class has consistently come through for us! Recently Nancy was great, quick on the dispatch and Shannon was super professional, clean and efficient to repair our sink. First Class is our go-to plumber, over the years they've restored water for us right away after our well pump failed, investigated and resolved air in our system, installed filtration, repaired faucets and valves. At this point, we are set, no need to try any other plumbers when these guys got our backs!

Have a oil fired trailer furnace in my bfs apt.. That thing needed some tlc and first mechanical techs provided that. I had replaced the nozzle for the burner and, due to the fact the furnace hadn't been serviced in 4 years due to financial constraints, the electrodes vibrated loose from their hold down clamp and were very loose when i changed the nozzle, they fixed em Then they also had to service downstairs trailer furnace too. And replaced the electrodes that were crumbling. The techs arrived promptly, were very courteous, proficient and represented their company very well. Reasonable rates too. Old HVAC company was sold to a large company and the service was terrible. Called First Class and they were at my house the next day and did a great job. They will be my HVAC company from here on out.

After being talked down to and attempted overcharged by Roto Rooter, I contacted FCM. I was treated with kindness and respect, the costs were a fraction of what Roto Rooter wanted to charge me, Will and G were absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to fix my plumbing issues

Quality company !!! I called First Class having dealt with them before. They truly look out for the customer and what's best long term. Eric, Pablo, & TJ we're efficient, thorough, and complete. They put on shoe booties to prevent tracking dirt in the house and provided recommendations. Some that needed addressing sooner than others.
