I received outstanding service from First Class Mechanical. After calling late Friday morning about a leaking well expansion tank, Sandy was incredibly thorough, ensuring they had the correct replacement specs before the team even headed out. Christopher arrived just hours later, diagnosed the issue, and handled the replacement with ease. He even coordinated two colleagues to assist with the heavy lifting and went above and beyond by replacing my water filter. He left the workspace spotless. Highly recommend for their efficiency and attention to detail!

Cody and Owen were great. Very professional and thorough. We have a very complicated boiler system that has stumped some other repair people. They were able to resolve the problem and then found another small upkeep issue to improve functioning. Reasonably priced. Showed up quickly and on time. Highly recommend.

On Saturday, January 24th, my boiler stopped working right as freezing temperatures and snow were on the way. I had been planing to switch HVAC companies in the spring, but the situation forced me to look immediately. I found First Class Mechanical and remembered their support for Shepherd's Staff, so I decided to call.



A technician arrived quickly and was extremely polite and professional. I have an old home with a dirt basement - not the kind of space many people are eager to work in - but he had absolutely no attitude and treated everything with respect and professionalism. He diagnosed the issue right away, but the part needed wouldn't arrive for several days. Even as a brand-new customer calling with an emergency, they waived the emergency fee and only charged their regular rate, which I truly appreciated.



Communication the whole week was excellent. As soon as the part came in, they scheduled me immediately and completed the repair first thing Thursday morning. The service was honest, responsive, and stress-free, and I signed up for their maintenance plan.

In addition to dealing with 10 inches of snowfall, one of our pipes in the basement decided to develop a pinhole leak and water was spraying out like crazy. We called First Rate Mechanical because we have used their services before and were pleased. Because of the road conditions, we really didn’t expect anyone to be able to get to us for a few days. To our absolute amazement First Rate switched one of their guys, Nathan, to a four wheel vehicle and he was at our house within an hour! Nathan was extremely courteous and very knowledgeable about what needed to be done. The repair was made and we were very happy with his workmanship. We will definitely be using First Rate Mechanical for any plumbing issues or projects in the future. We highly recommend this company.

Service was quick , Pablo and his teammate did a great job. They were very thorough in explaining the job and answered all of my questions. They were polite and friendly as well.

On the coldest, snowiest day of winter, our well pump decided it had enough and quit working. We called our usual guys, but they were booked solid. We had no water and I was worried it would stay that way overnight. I did a google search and found First Class Mechanical. The person answering the phone was kind and empathetic. She said the crews were out. But she said she would see what she could do. Within a few moments, she was able to secure someone to come help us out. He called letting me know his ETA. Then I received another call. He asked if he could also come after I told him someone alteady did. I, of course, said yes. Before they began their work, they took the time to introduce themselves. The crew was great! They were polite, professional and willing to be out in the freezing cold to replace the pump. After a short time, the new pump was installed. And we had water. Very satisfied. Highly recommend.

I was very pleased with the service I received from First Class Mechanical. They dumped and rebed my neutralizer canister for my salt filtration system. They also tested my water. It was also pointed out that I have rust on my water heater which I hadn't even noticed caused by the hard water and me not servicing my filtration system timely. I asked to be put on their routine maintenance list for the filtration system and also for a quote for a replacement of my water heater. The two young men were polite and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company.

Pablo and Ethan provided excellant craftmanship and service completing 3 different plumbing jobs in my home. They were polite and professional throughout. FCM also completed installation of an HVAC system. Upon inspection of the old unit, the heat exchanger was found to be faulty. I was given a quote to replace the unit rather than a charge for the inspection. The technicians were also polite, knowledgeable and efficient throughout the process. I will definitely use FCM for all my future HVAC and plumbing needs.

Will was excellent as always. The new faucet we purchased for him to install was damaged. He clearly explained what was wrong with it so I was able to return it to Home Depot.

We found a bad leak under our sink late at night so we called the 24/7 number, explained the issue, and since it wasn’t super urgent and we were able to turn off the water to the sink I asked for a call back the next morning from a technician. I got a call right away at 7am the next morning to schedule someone to come out. Pablo and Ethan came out and right on time and replaced our 20 year old faucet quickly and efficiently with a new one, all in the same day. Everything was so reasonably priced and everyone was so amazing to work with, I can’t say enough good things. The new faucet looks perfect. Excellent company!!! Woke up on Thanksgiving morning with no heat and First Class Mechanical was here within the hour, had the part I needed on their truck and had everything fixed in less than an hour. Definitely reliable!

TRULY First Class! My water well was failing. I contacted them because I had two previous service calls with them for drain cleaning & pressure gauge replacement. I knew them to be competent, courteous, considerate & efficient. This response was no different. You’ll make a mistake if you don’t consider them for help when you need it.

I found a wet spot on my basement floor. I could feel a water spray from the well's water tank pressure switch. I contacted SCM and they had two men at my house within 0.5 hour, basically driving time.

The two men (Pablo and Ethan?) were very professional and efficient at resolving the problem. All of my experiences with SCM have been excellent.

We had a smart thermostat installed to combine control of our heat pump and oil furnace. Cody, our tech, was pleasant, efficient, and knowledgeable. He explained the functions of the new thermostat very well. We are very pleased with the work. We highly recommend First Class Mechanical.

Our water pump failed on a Saturday of a holiday weekend. We called our regular plumber and they came out that day but did not have a pump in stock to install. Because of this they wouldn't be able to do the work until the following Tuesday. Their estimate for the job was $6K. We needed water so we agreed to have the work done. Afterwards we checked online for estimated costs for a well pump installation was between $900 - $2500. With that information I looked for another company on Sunday and found the highly recommended First Class Mechanical, LLC. I spoke to Ray Murray and he said he could come out that day and as a standard they carried 5 varing sizes of water pumps on every one of their vehicles. He was at our home within an hour. Another plumber accompanied him and within 2 hours we had running water. We didn't have to wait until Tuesday and the cost was $2350. My husband is an electrical engineer and watched and spoke with Ray during the entire replacement process. He was extremely impressed with Ray's experience and knowledge. I highly recommend First Class Mechanical, LLC to all our friends and neighbors. They are now our go to company for our plumbing and HVAC needs.

Our water was "out" one morning..... and these guys were at our house on less than 2 hours.... The crew was careful, polite, and fixed the problem ( an oversight on my part) ASAP, at a minimum charge. This same company installed our water treatment an well accumulator... great work, very reasonable price.

These guys were great! We added a frost free hydrant, 100 ft from the house at one of our planting beds. G. Ethan, Nate, and Chris were excellent! They made a difficult job look easy. Using trenchless directional boring they saved my newly seeded lawn! Where they had to dig, by the house and at the hydrant, was put back together very nicely.

The service man called first, showed up on time and did a good job.

The crew from First Class was experienced and very professional on the installation of our new Rheem propane furnace, heat pump, and steam humidifier. The guys had the whole system installed in under 2 days! They took the time to show how the system operated and also took the time to show us how the new thermostat operated which was pretty in depth. The guys also made sure, before they left the first day that we had some source of heat! Our family has been doing business with First Class for about 15 years and we would recommend them to anyone. We've started using first class mechanical after an incident with our previous plumbers. They are now our go-to plumbers. One of their employees, G, is the reason we trust them so much. He really helped us out when we were having an issues our hot water heater, went above and beyond to get us a new heater. As long as we are in this area, we will be using first class mechanical.

After experiencing a water pipe leak situation First Class Plumbing immediately sent 3 plumbers over who were great. They were quick assessing the problem, fixing the leak, all at a very reasonable price! They were fantastic and will not hesitate to call upon them again in future.!

Pablo came by to simply upgrade the water meter and quickly discovered that the main valve was leaking and had been for some time. He finished the meter swap and turned to the valve leak, upgrading it as well. Pablo was very pleasant and professional throughout. Very much appreciated!

We lost all water late Sunday night while we had friends in for the weekend who needed water to get ready to go home. I called FCM when they opened Monday morning at 7 am and by 8 am Chris and his assistant were on site. Less than 2 hours later we had water again. Very knowledgeable and thorough, Chris diagnosed the problem with our well pump quickly, and still took the time to check the entire system to ensure nothing was missed. I will use FCM again when I have issues in the future!

Woke up Saturday morning to discolored water from the sink & very little hot water. Went to the basement to see if it was anything obvious & was greeted with hot water spraying everywhere from a pipe. Shut off the water main & called First Class. They were here within 40 minutes & had the repair completed in about half an hour! Living in a 165 yr old house has it’s surprises but First Class has come to the rescue numerous times for us in emergency situations & we can’t recommend them highly enough!
