It is time once again for the readers of the Carroll County Times to nominate their favorite places, stores, restaurants, and more! Fill out the nomination form below with your favorites! Submit your nominations between June 24, 2020, through July 5, 2020. Readers can vote for their favorites starting on August 9, 2020 with the same link! The winner in each category will be announced in the Carroll’s Best Winners section in the Carroll County Times on Sept. 27. The three categories we would love your nominations and votes in are Best Plumbing, Water Conditioning & HVAC company.
